How the AMSIX Remote Peering Works with DCConnect

AMSIX Remote Peering facilitates the exchange of international traffic with a diverse range of members within the AMSIX network, including content providers, cloud service providers, and various other networks. By utilizing DCConnect Remote Peering, establishing a peering connection is simplified. The process begins when the customer submits a request form detailing their peering needs, such as port size, VLAN range, and BGP policies. DCConnect reviews the request and then notifies AMSIX to initiate service provisioning. AMSIX sets up the necessary configurations, including port allocation, VLAN ranges, and BGP policies. After rigorous testing by both DCConnect and AMSIX to ensure stability and performance, the customer is notified that their peering service is live.
