Press Release 31 October 2018 Ying Tong Announced the Strategic Investment in DCConnect Global Ltd. and DCConnect China Ltd. Hong Kong — October 31, 2018 — Beijing Ying Tong Ltd.北京应通 (YT), the licensed providers for national network in China on top of 3C (China Telecom, China Unicom and China Mobile Tier 1 full license telecom providers in China), first invested RMB 7.8 Billion (~USD 1.15B) to acquire 49% CITIC Network Telecom Co. Ltd. 中信网络有限公司 back in February 2018 and further acquired Nan Xin 缆信 another large national network provider in the same month. YT announce today their strategic investment in DCConnect China Ltd. and DCCconnect Global Ltd. (Collectively named as DCC).
